Our attention has been attracted to a plea by the club to sue US security, as it has become evident that the two international players of Kumasi Asanti Ashanti Kotoko, Esmat AbdalHamid Mohamed and Obdoelkarem Yoouef Yagoub, who are both nationals of Sudan, are currently absent from the camp in the US.
For security-related concerns, the Kumasi Asanti Kotoko football administration felt that the United States and the club were equally responsible for the players' safety.
It is reported that the two managed to flee the place without being caught on camera by the CCTV system, and the US security has not released any information regarding their ongoing investigations since the event.
